Avoid over eating and act upon quality not quantity .
Today mostly we face health problem due to over eating and our life style .
We eat food and did not exercise at the end we face fitness problems .
We focus on quality not quantity . This is best policy and in this way we prevent
form several problems and hurdles .

This is very true. Many of us eat even without being hungry and just for the taste of tongue. It is scientifically proven that if a person eats a little less than his appetite, he remains fit and healthy.

Food is must our body. We must eat everything for our health
but it is correct over eat is harmful our health. The holy prophet (P.B.U.H)
said we remove my hand form eat when little hunger .over eating create
different dieses. We should avoid over eating.

Over eating causes lot of stomach issues so it is good to avoid over eating. We should focus on quality food not quantity. It is always good to eat less but healthy for living healthy.
