Take high calories food to gain weight. Take a cold glass of milk before going to bed. Eat Banana or drink banana milk shake. These tips are very benificial in gaining weight.

Health is a good wealth. We take good food for example fruits
milk and meet act .we should go daily walk .we feel freshness and be kept
active we should sleep at time and wake up early in the Moring. We do daily
work easily.

For gaining weight it is good to eat more calories and fat. High calories food is good. Protein shake is also very useful. For healthy living do exercise everyday and eat natural food only.
